固体酸碱催化葡萄糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛 被引量:1

Conversion of glucose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural catalyzed by cation and anion exchange resins in ionic liquid solvent

摘要 以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯为溶剂,Amberlyst-15阳离子树脂和717阴离子树脂为固体酸-碱催化剂,研究了其对葡萄糖转化为HMF的催化效果。考察了催化剂种类与用量、反应温度和时间等因素对HMF产率的影响。结果表明,在该催化体系中,120℃下反应20min,HMF产率最高可达51.3%。并且该催化体系可以循环使用,经过5次重复使用后仍能保持稳定的催化活性。 The catalytic performance has been studied for a mixture of cation exchange resin Amberlyst-15 and anion exchange res- in 717 as the solid acid and base catalyst, with ionic liquid 1 butyl-3-methyl imidazolium chloride([BMIM]C1) as solvent for the production of HMF from glucose. The effect of reaction factors on HMF yield was investigated, including the catalyst type and a- mount, the reaction temperature and time. The results showed that an HMF yield of 51.3% could be obtained at 120 ℃ for 20 min under appropriate conditions. The ionic liquid and catalysts can be recycled and kept active even after five successive trials.
