坦索罗辛联合排石汤治疗输尿管下段结石43例疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨坦索罗辛联合排石汤治疗输尿管下段结石的临床疗效。方法选择2011年3月至2012年5月在我院治疗的输尿管下段结石患者86例,随机分为两组,每组43例,对照组应用排石汤配合饮水、运动疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服盐酸坦索罗辛,观察两组疗效。结果经两周治疗后,对照组患者的结石排出率为62.79%,治疗组患者为81.40%,两组比较排石率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坦索罗辛联合排石汤可促进输尿管下段和膀胱壁间段结石排出,无明显副作用,值得在临床上使用并推广。
