摘要
[目的]探讨超声引导下阑尾脓肿穿刺引流结合中药治疗的疗效。[方法]78例阑尾脓肿患者均在超声引导下行阑尾脓肿穿刺术,并结合常规抗生素及中药红藤汤治疗,定期复查血常规及B超。[结果]脓腔3～4cm的14例,穿刺1次;脓腔4～8 cm的59例,穿刺2～3次;脓腔>8cm的5例,留置Cook引流管,2周左右拔除。抽脓6～250mL,3d后腹痛基本缓解。包块消失3～21d,平均(10.33±3.15)d。78例全部治愈,1个月后随访65例,随访率83.3%。[结论]采取超声引导下阑尾脓肿穿刺引流结合中药治疗,能明显降低阑尾脓肿患者的死亡率、并发症、住院时间及住院费用。
[Objective] To explore the cure effect of puncture drainage and TCM under ultrasonic guidance on appendiceal abscess.[Method]78 cases of ap pendiceal abscess were punctured under ultrasonic guidance,and treated with routine antibiotics and TCM Hongteng Decoction;make periodical blood routine examination and B-ultrasonic.[Result]14 cases had vomica 3.0 ～4.0cm,with 1 puncture;59 cases,4 ～8cm,with 2～3 punctures;5 cases,＆gt;8cm,with Cook drainage tube,removed after 2w or so.Draw the pus for 6 ～250mL,the abdominal pain was relieved most after 3d.The mass disappeared after 3～21d,（10.33±3.15）d in average.78 cases were all cured;65 cases were followed up after 1m,the follow-up rate was 83.3%.[Conclusion]The said method above can markedly reduce lethal rate,complications,in-hospital period and fees of appendiceal abscess patients.
