摘要
[目的]研究总结史奎钧治疗甲状腺腺瘤的临证经验。[方法]通过临证抄方、病案梳理、著作研读,同时结合中医历代有关文献的研究,归纳总结史奎钧对于甲状腺腺瘤病因、病机、病位、病理变化和治则治法的独到见解。[结果]史奎钧提出治疗甲状腺腺瘤当从肝论治,以治肝为主,辅以化痰散结和活血祛瘀。[结论]从肝论治甲状腺腺瘤在临床上取得了较好的疗效,对临床治疗有较好指导意义。
[Objective] To introduce the clinical experience of treating thyroid adenoma by Shi Kuijun.[Methods] Through copying prescription with the teacher and carding records,combined with studying on Chinese literature by Shi Kuijun,sum up Shi Kuijun insights for the etiology,pathogenesis,disease location,pathological diagnosis and the theory of therapeutic principles and methods of thyroid adenoma.[Results] Shi Kuijun puts forward the treatment of thyroid adenoma when treating from the liver,treating the liver goes first,supplemented by reducing phlegm and resolving masses and promoting blood circulation.[Conclusions ]The treatment of thyroid adenoma form liver has achieved satisfactory effect in clinical practice and provides the significant guid ance in the clinical practice.
