摘要
用几种非氰抑制剂代替氰化钠在锌浮选中抑制硫化铁矿物 ,几组对比试验结果表明 ,浓缩糖蜜酒精废液抑制效果优于其它抑制剂。工业试验中 ,浓缩糖蜜酒精废液代替氰化钠作抑制剂 ,可使精矿含Zn由 50 .39%提高到 52 .33% ,含Pb由 1.55%降至 0 .9% ,锌回收率由93.4 7%提高到 94 .13% ,而且由于其无毒 ,因而使用安全。
The result of several comparison tests of using several kinds of noncyanogen depressants replacing sodium cyanide to depress pyrite in zinc flotation indicates that the depression effect of thickening waste molasses alcohol is better than other depressants.In industrial experiments,using this method can improve zinc content in concentrate from 50.39% to 52.33%,reduce lead content from 1.55% to 0.9%,and improve zinc recovery from 93.47% to 94.13%.Because of using nontoxic depressant,it can avoid the pollution to environment and is safe.
