摘要
基本药物制度在我国推行经历了3个时期,面临着宣传不足、规范不严等问题。基本药物制度的立法是必要的,也是可行的。我国基本药物制度立法框架仍需要进一步完善,基本药物制度的立法任重道远且势在必行。
Essential Medicine System has been applied in China for three periods.But there are many problems on it.It is not well known by publics and not perfect in many aspects.Legislation on Essential Medicine System is necessary and practical.The legislation frame of Essential Medicine System needs to be improved.
