摘要
"三级处方点评"工作规范了医师处方、加快了药师临床化进程、提高了合理用药水平、规范了超说明书用药问题;同时,在处方点评工作中了体现了药师与医师对合理用药的协作作用,凸显了药师的价值,促进了人文药学的持续发展。
There are many advantages in ＂three level prescription review＂,such as standardizing the physician＇s prescription,speeding up the process of pharmacists to clinic,improving the level of rational use of drugs and standardizing the problem of the off-label using.In addition,this work showed the cooperation between the pharmacist and physician,highlighted the value of pharmacists and promoted the sustainable development of humanistic pharmacy.
