关于微波布拉格衍射实验中(110)晶面衍射极大值测量的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 从理论上对微波模拟晶体(其晶格常数为a=4.0 cm)的布拉格衍射实验进行分析讨论,推导出在测量(100)晶面衍射极大值的同时能够测量出(110)晶面衍射极大值时微波波长与衍射级数需要满足的条件。从而得出用三厘米微波进行布拉格衍射实验时,不能在测量(100)晶面衍射极大值的同时测量出(110)晶面衍射极大值的结论。本文还给出了测量(110)晶面衍射极大值的实验方法,并且通过该实验验证了上述结论。 In this paper, the experiments on using microwave to simulate the crystal (lattice constant a=4.0cm) Bragg diffraction are analyzed and discussed theoretically, and the conditions that the wavelength and diffraction orders need to satisfy are derived when we measure the diffraction maximum for crystal (100) in the meantime we can measure the diffraction maximum for crystal (110) .The results indicate that the diffraction maximums for crystal (100) and (110) could not be measured using 3cm microwave at the same time. The experiment method of measuring the diffraction maximum for crystal (110) is given and the results we obtained are further confirmed by this experiment.
