摘要
目的了解某能源有限公司煤制甲醇项目存在的职业病危害因素及其控制效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护的进一步改进措施。方法对该项目进行职业卫生调查,对作业场所中的职业病危害因素进行检测并分析。结果检测生产性粉尘、物理及化学有害因素共14种,其中粉尘检测点位39个,合格点位25个,合格率64.1%;检测化学毒物11种,共计99个点位,检测合格率均为100.0%;噪声检测点位90个,合格点位72个,合格率80.0%。结论该建设项目的职业病危害控制措施是有效可行的,但应进一步加强粉尘、噪声的防护措施。
Objective To understand occupational hazards and its control effect in the coal methanol item of energy compa- ny and put forward the key control points of occupational hazards and further improvement measures. Methods Occupa- tional investigation was carried out in this project; Detection and analysis were made on the occupational hazards in the workplace. Results A total of 14 kinds of dust, physical and chemical risk factors were detected, 39 operation points were detected for dust, 25 points (64. 1% ) were qualified; 11 kinds chemical toxicants of were detected in 99 points, all were qualified( 100. 0% ) ;90 operation points were detected for noise, 72 points( 80. 0% ) were qualified. Conclusion Occupational hazards protective measures in this project are effective and feasible, the dust and noise protection measures should be further strengthened.
