摘要
基于研发服务业双重价值链,总结了研发成果交易有3条实现路径,认为科技中介可以改变交易环境,减少信息不对称;以市场和技术2个因素作为分析指标,构建研发服务交易分析模型,对信息不对称情况下的研发服务交易及研发服务供求双方的角色进行重点分析;探讨科技中介在研发服务交易中的杠杆效应,指出科技中介在研发服务交易中发挥的正负效应会对研发服务交易的成交量产生影响。
Based on the double value chain of R＆D services, this paper discusses the mechanism of R＆D transaction process. First, it summarizes three paths of transaction mechanism of R＆D services, in which technology intermediaries play a role in changing transaction environment and reducing dissymmetry of information. Second, it chooses two indicators of market and technology factors to build a transaction analysis model for R~〉.D services, and to highlight the role of subjects （R^D sup- pliers and demanders, intermediaries） under this situation of information dissymmetry. Third, it explores the leverage effects of technology intermediaries in the transaction mechanism of R＆D services to illustrate the positive and/or negative effects the technology intermediaries play in the transaction volume of R＆D services.
