摘要
在分析RC硬件滤波器及FIR数字滤波器的基础上,设计了反电动势过零硬件检测电路和软件检测算法,并利用Matlab拟合换相角的频率特性曲线将硬件预估和软件计算得到的结果按随电机运行频率变化的权重进行融合,得到与实际更吻合的换相角。使用DSP控制器实现该算法,能在各种频率下精确地控制BLDCM稳定运行。验证了该方法的合理性和有效性,为无位置传感器无刷直流电机的控制提供了一种新的方法。
Based on the analysis of RC hardware filter and FIR digital filter, this paper designed the BEMF-crossing-zero hardware detecting circuit and software detecting algorithm, and fitted the frequency curve of the phase change angle by using Matlab. The results of hardware and software were fused according to the weight, which was changed with the frequency. And then a phase change angle was got, which was consistent with the actual. The angle was used to control the phase change with different frequency by DSP processor, and the BLDCM rotated smoothly,that verified that the method was reasonable and efficient for sensorless brushless DC motor control.
