摘要
目的评价和分析双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄老人转子周围骨折的治疗情况。方法对来我院的78例高龄老人转子周围骨折患者均进行双极人工股骨头置换术治疗。结果随访6个月~5年,优良72例,一般6例。结论双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄老人转子周围骨折,具有手术时间短、术后功能恢复快、负重活动早,以及可避免长期卧床并发症等优点,是治疗高龄不稳定性股骨转子周围骨折较为合理的手术方法。
【Objective】 Evaluate and analyse the bipolar artificial femoral head prosthetic replacement for the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures treatment about advanced age.【Methods】 Treat 78 cases advanced age patients who have senile intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital with bipolar artificial femoral head replacement.【Results】 Followed up between 6 months and 5 years,there are 72 good cases and 6 general cases of these patients.【Conclusion】 About advanced age,Bipolar artificial femoral head prosthetic replacement for the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures has many advantages,short operation time,functional recovery postoperatively,weight-bearing activities earlier,avoiding complications of bed-ridden,etc.The treatment is a better reasonable operation method to unstable intertrochanteric fracture of the femur in the elderly.
