结合阜新矿务局的实际,认为煤炭企业发展的思路是:优化资本结构,对企业的资产进行扶优弃劣、分离经营和收缩经营的重组;围绕市场和效益,调整企业的产业、产品、生产和销售结构;以产量核定、成本倒算、岗位核定的方法减人分流,调整劳动力结构;调整企业内部管理结构和产品的科技含量结构,提高科技的贡献率。
Based on the actual situation in Fuxin Coal Mining Administration, the article holds that the development of coal enterprises should follow the way of optimizing the capital structure and restructuring the capitals of the enterprise; restructuring the industries, products, production process and marketing of the enterprise centering around the market demand and creating profit; rearranging man-power structure; readjusting the internal management mode of the enterprise and the technical contents of the products, and, finally achieving a higher rate of technical contribution.
