钛酸钾晶须/L型聚乳酸共混物的热稳定性及力学性能研究

Study on the thermal stability and mechanical property of Poly(L-lactic acid)blends with potassium titanate whiskers

摘要 采用1%~5%不同浓度的碳酸钾晶须(PTW)对精制后的L型聚乳酸(PLLA)进行共混改性,以三氯甲烷为溶剂制成膜。分别用调制式热重分析法(MTGA),红外光谱(FTIR-ATR)和动态力学分析(DMA)对其进行表征。MT-GA结果表明PTW/PLLA共混物热分解的活化能Ea、指前因子Z和比速率ln[rate ratio]等热分解动力学常数均较未添加晶须的PLLA高,且PLLA的热分解过程为一步反应,FTIR-ATR和DMA结果表明,和PLLA相比,PTW/PLLA共混物的力学性能均有所改善。 The poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)cast film was blend modified using purified PLLA and 1%-5% potassi- um titanate whiskers(PTW), the purified CHC13 acted as solvent. The specimen was investigated by modulated thermo- gravmitry analysis. The results showed the thermal decomposition process of the PLLA had step reaction, at the same time the value of E, Z and ln[rate ratio]all larger than pure PLLA. The data of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer-attenu- ate total reflection(FTIR-ATR) and dynamic mechanical analyses(DMA) supported that mechanical properties of PLLA were improved.
