摘要
论述了固体物料管道输送中一种常用的水击防护措施———储气罐。根据其减缓水击压力的原理 ,推导了储气罐体积计算公式 ,通过试验验证 ,证明该公式具有较高的精度。本文通过建立固液两相流水击计算模型对储气罐、泄压阀、缓闭逆止阀等进行了比较计算 ,进一步论述了储气罐减缓水击压力的作用。
A Commonly used water impact protection measure in solid material piping transportation is described.In accordance with the mechanism of its reducing water impact pressure,a calculation formula for the gas tank volume is deduced,which is proved to have high accuracy through verification tests. A model for calculating the water impact of solid and fluid phases is established and used for comparing gas storge tank,pressure release valve and slowly closed back pressure valve, which further proves the function of the gas tank in reducing water impact pressure.
