摘要
企业和高校及研究所的研究人员对产学研合作研发组织中控制权的管理是影响现实经济中产学研合作研发组织健康发展的关键问题.基于企业和高校院所研究人员的不同目标,分别对企业完全控制的、研究人员完全控制的以及企业和高校院所的研究人员双向控制的这3种类型的产学研合作研发组织中企业的边际收益和研究人员的工作报酬等问题展开分析.研究发现:上述3种类型的研发组织中,企业的边际收益均等于研究人员的边际努力水平;研究人员的工作报酬在研究人员控制的产学研合作研发组织中最高,在企业和高校及研究所的研究人员双向控制的研发组织中次之,而在企业控制的研发组织中最低;双向式控制下的研发组织在上述3种控制类型的产学研合作研发组织中,最能实现做大做强的行为目标.
Enterprises and researchers of universities and research institutes for the control of cooperative R&D organization of management affect the real economy in the healthy development of key issues. Based on different objectives of enterprises and researchers of universities and institutes, the marginal revenue and remuneration for work in the three types of research cooperation of complete control of the enterprises, complete control of the re- searchers and bi-directional control between the enterprises and universities and research institutes are analyzed. The following conclusions are found : three types of R&D organization, the firing marginal revenue equals margin- al effort level researchers; remuneration for work in the researchers complete control of R&D organization is the first maximum, the second maximum in the two-way control of R&D organization by enterprises and universities and research institutes, the third maximum in the complete control of R&D organization by enterprises. These three types of control of cooperative R&D organization in the pursuit of bigger and stronger behavior, two-way un- der the control of bigger and stronger R&D organization can helo achieve the goal.
