摘要
目的探讨人文关怀护理在医患沟通中的应用。方法该研究选择了来该科治疗的100例患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受人文关怀护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果患者在接受人文关怀护理后,其抑郁状态与焦虑状态均得到了有效改善,此外,病人对人文关怀护理十分满意,和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医患沟通中,护理发挥着重要的调节和促进作用。对患者予以人文关怀护理不但可以使患者的心理状态得到改善,还有利于帮助病人树立起战胜疾病的信心,另外,对提高病人对护理的满意程度也有重要价值与意义。
Objective Observation and explore the application of humanistic care in the doctor-patient communication. Methods To choose from January 2011 to January 2011 in this paper to our emergency department treatment of 100 cases of patients, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 50 cases, control group patients received routine nursing care, patients in observation group receive humane care, observe the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results Emergency patients after receive humane care, its state of depression and anxiety were improved effectively, in addition, the patient is very satisfied with the humanistic care, compared with control group, difference has statistical significance(P&lt;0.05). Conclusion In the doctor-patient communication, regulating and promoting of nursing plays an important role. Humanistic care to patients with emergency care not only can improve the patient’s mental state, and thus help the patient set up the confidence of conquer disease, in addition, to improve the patient’s satisfaction with the care of also have important value and significance.
