摘要
为探讨湖南茯茶对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。本实验通过建立四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型,给糖尿病小鼠灌胃湖南茯茶袋泡茶,2次/d,连续给30 d,观察湖南茯茶对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。结果显示茯茶对糖尿病小鼠高血糖有明显的降低作用(P<0.05),与降糖药物合用降糖效果更好(P<0.05)均有统计学意义。证明湖南茯茶对糖尿病小鼠具有辅助治疗作用。
To study the Hunan Fuzhuan tea in diabetic mice the influence of blood sugar. Using four oxygen pyrimidine intraperitoneal injection to establish diabetic mice model and lavaging diabetic mice with Hu nan Fuzhuan tea bag, 2 times each day, continuous to 30 days, to observe Hunan Fuzhuan tea bag in diabetic mice the influence of blood sugar. The results of four oxygen pyrimidine cause diabetes mice hyperglycemia has significantly reduced effect （P 〈 0.05 ）, and oral glucoselowering drugs for hypoglycemic effect better （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Therefore, Hunan Fuzhuan Tea in diabetic mice has certain treatment function.
