摘要
目的观察步长脑心通胶囊配合康复训练治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫的效果。方法将69例痉挛性偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组35例,对照组34例,均进行常规康复训练,治疗组用步长脑心通胶囊治疗,对照组禁用其他抗痉挛药物,用改良Ashworth分级法评定痉挛,Fuge-Meyer评分法评定肢体运动功能。结果中药治疗组在降低肌张力减轻肌痉挛,改善运动功能方面优于对照组。结论步长脑心通胶囊能降低脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者肌张力,改善运动功能。
Objective To observe Buchang Naoxintong Jiaonang with rehabilitation therapy for stroke spastic hemiplegia effect. Methods 69 patients with spastic hemiplegic patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （35 patients） and control group （34 patients）, routine rehabilitation disable other anticonvulsant drugs, the treatment group with a Buchang Naoxintong Jiaonang in the treatment and control group, with the modified Ashworth the grading assessment spasms Fuge Meyer score to assess motor function. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing muscle tension and relieving muscle spasm, improving motor function. Conclusion Buchang Naoxintong Jiaonang can reduce stroke spastic hemi plegic patients with muscle tension, improve motor function.
