雾化吸入对新生儿撤离呼吸机早期气道效果的观察

摘要 目的观察新生儿撤离呼吸机进行雾化吸入对改善气道的效果。方法收集2011年2月至2013年2月在本院NICU应用呼吸机的患儿114例,随机分成对照组(n=56例)和实验组(n=58例),比较两组患者雾化吸入后的气道效果差异,并对治疗前后的动脉血气进行分析,比较PaO2、PaCO2及SaO2的变化。结果实验组雾化吸入后气道效果与对照组比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组治疗后的动脉血气指标与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过雾化吸入的临床效果观察,可改善氧合、改善通气,为撤离呼吸机的患儿成功舒适过渡到自主呼吸提供更好更有利的条件。 Objective To observe the evacuation neonatal ventilator tbr atomizing inhalation to improve the effect of the airway. Methods Collected in February 2011 to February 2011 in our hospital NICU applica tion of breathing machine with 114 cases, randomly divided into control group (n = 56 patients) and experi mental group ( n = 58 ), airway effect difference compared two groups of patients with inhalation, and arterial blood gas before and after treatment were analyzed, changes of PaO2, PaCO2 and SaO2. Results compared with the control group, the experimental group after aerosol inhalation airway effect, there was significant differ ence (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with arterial blood gas indexes of the experimental group after the treatment and the control, the P 〈 O. 05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Through the observation of clinical effect of inhalation, it can improve the oxygenation, ventilation, for the evaeuation of respirator children successfully comfortable transition to spontaneous breathing with better and more favorable conditions.
