摘要
目的探讨五藤痛风饮治疗大鼠急性痛风性关节炎的作用机制以及治疗的最佳剂量。方法选择60只清洁健康Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为六组。分别为中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组、西药对照组、模型组、空白组,每组10只。分别给予五藤痛风饮煎液7.2 g/ml、3.6 g/ml、1.8 g/ml、秋水仙碱灌胃、生理盐水灌胃给药。结果模型组关节液中TNF-α、IL-8含量明显高于正常组(P<0.01),五藤痛风饮高中剂量组和秋水仙碱组IL-8和TNF-α的含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01),五藤痛风饮低剂量组的IL-8和TNF-α含量与模型组相比没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论五藤痛风饮对大鼠痛风性关节炎模型作的机制之一,可能与其降低TNF-α、IL-8的水平起到抗炎作用有关。
Objective To explore the optimal dose of five rattan Wu Teng Xiao Du Yin mechanism for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis in rats and treatment. Methods 60 clean healthy Wistar male rats were randomly divided into six groups. Were Wu Teng Xiao Du Yin high dose group, Wu Teng Xiao Du Yin dose group, low dose group, Wu Teng Xiao Du Yin western medicine control group, model group and control group, with 10 rats in each group. Wu Teng Xiao Du Yin Decoction were given 7. 2 g/ml, 3.6 g/ml, 1.8 g/m1, colchicine orally, saline gavage administration. Results TNF- model group, the content of IL-8 ct in synovial fluid was significantly higher than that in normal group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The content of IL-8 and TNF- oL Wu Teng Xiao Du Yin high dose group and colchicine group was significantly lower than that of model group (P 〈 0. 01 ), Wu Teng Xiao Du Yin low dose group of IL-8 and TNF- ot content compared with the model group had no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The mechanism of Wu Teng Xiao Du Yin on rats acute gouty arthritis model, may be related to the decrease of TNF- a, IL-8 level to play the anti-inflammatory effects.
