VASH对血管新生的调节作用 被引量:5

摘要 血管新生参与了机体一系列重要的病理生理事件,如发育、生殖、创伤愈合、肿瘤的生长及缺血性视网膜病变等。它是指从原有的血管中长出新的血管的过程,多种血管调节因子参与了这一动态过程,近年来发现一种血管新生抑制蛋白(vasohibin,VASH)也参与了这一过程的调节。VASH有两个同系物,即VASHl及VASH2,两者具有52.5%同源氨基酸序列。
