摘要
基于SVPWM的控制方法,考虑到矿用逆变器对直流侧电压的稳定性要求较高,结合Z源逆变器可以上下桥臂同时导通的特点,提出了经过一系列优化的PWM波控制方法,既保证了直流侧电压的升压需要,同时使三相IGBT开关次数减少到最小。并在Simulink仿真平台下验证了此控制方法的正确性和有效性。
Considering mine's inverter need higher stability to DC voltage,this article is the control method based on SVPWM, and making use of the Z-source inverter's unique characteristic that bridges arm up and down of Z-source inverter turn on at the same time.Then the article proposes PWM wave control method which is optimized. This method not only ensures the need of boost of the DC voltage, but also reduces the quantity of the three-phase IGBT switch to the minimum. And this method is proved that it is correct and effective through simulation of simulink platform.
