摘要
矿井提升机异步笼型感应电机交流矢量控制策略中速度控制通常采用比例积分控制器,电机参数摄动和负载扰动等因素都会使控制系统性能变差。对此,提出了一种新型的滑模速度控制器,利用滑模变结构控制在建模误差以及内部参数发生变化时鲁棒性强等特点,改善了控制系统的动静态性能。该控制策略响应速度快、控制精度高,对电机参数摄动和负载扰动具有较强的鲁棒性。仿真结果验证了控制策略的正确性和可行性。
The vector control of induction motor for mine hoist usually use proportional integral controller, and motor parameters uncertainty and external disturbance will cause the control system variation. For this,a novel sliding mode speed controller is proposed,it improve the controller system dynamic and static performance based on the sliding mode variable structure control in the modeling error and parameter changes robustness. The control strategy strong robustness on the motor parameters uncertainty and has fast response, high control precision, external disturbance.By simulation, this control scheme developed by the authors has been validated.
