摘要
餐饮热水是厨房用能的重要组成部分,集中热水供应系统是大多数餐饮业的选择。如何合理选取热水加热热源是节能的关键。通过浙江大学紫金港校区餐饮中心热水系统热源改造的工程实践,分析和研究了热水需求量变化,结合地区气候条件,提出了经济节能的设计方案,并讨论了太阳能+空气源热泵热水系统在餐饮业热水系统中的应用效果和推广前景。
Hot water system for cooking is a main part of energy consumed in the kitchen. And most food and beverage companies would choose centralized hot water supply system. The key challenge in energy conservation is to select the appropriate heat source for hot water system. Through the case study of the heat source reconstruction project of hot water system in Zijin'gang Dining Center in Zhejiang University, this paper analyzed and studied the hot water consumption variation. According to the local weather condition, the economical and energy-saving design was also brought forward. In addition, the application effects and future development of the combina- tion of solar and air source heat pump hot water system in catering industry were also discussed.
