摘要
介绍了水利工程技术预验收的相关规定,归纳总结了水利工程技术预验收工作的开展情况和存在问题,提出了加强和改进水利工程技术预验收的途径,如提高对技术预验收重要性的认识,重视阶段验收前的技术预验收工作,完善技术预验收相关制度,试行委托第三方承担技术预验收的方式,充分发挥技术预验收的作用等。
This paper introduces the correlative rules of the technical pre-acceptance work of hydraulic engineering, and summarizes the progress and the existing problems of the work. The strengthening and improving approaches of the technical pre-acceptanee work, which include enhancing the understanding of the importance of the pre-acceptance work, paying more attention to the intermediate acceptance work, improving the correlative rules of the technical pre-acceptance work, trying the third-party commission method, and exerting the effect of technical pre-acceptance work, were proposed.
