摘要
高校辅导员是高校思想政治教育工作的主体,辅导员队伍的整体素质决定着思想政治教育的效果。体验式教学能够有效地提升完善学生的知识体系,提升学生的能力,激发学生的潜能,在辅导员专业化培训中具有重要的应用价值。本文深入研究了体验式教学在高校辅导员专业化培训中的应用。
College counselors are the main force of college ideo- logical and political education, so their comprehensive quality determines the effect of ideological and political education. Ex- periential teaching can effectively improve students＇ knowledge system, improve their abilities and stimulate their potentials, so it is of important applied value in counselors＇ professional training. This paper deeply researches the application of experiential teaching to college counselors＇ professional training.
