Kounis综合征的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 Kounis综合征定义为伴随肥大细胞激活的一种急性冠状动脉综合征，广义上包含了一大类最终触发冠状动脉痉挛及斑块破裂的疾病。Kounis综合征在临床上并不罕见。本病可由麻醉、预防接种、药物、支架置人等诱发。Kounis综合征常与过敏性心肌炎相混淆，但因其可造成猝死，故应引起重视。应用肥大细胞稳定剂抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒，可预防心脑血管不良事件的发生。
