细胞因子是一类具有广泛生物学效应的可溶性多肽。动物卵巢的多种组织中都有 IL-1、TNF等细胞因子及其受体存在 ,因此它们在卵巢生殖活动中所起的作用越来越被人们重视。细胞因子可通过自分泌或旁分泌途径影响卵泡。
Cytokines are soluble peptides with multiple biological effects.Cytokines,such as IL 1、TNF,and their receptors have been found in the different tissues of animal ovary,so increasing attentions are paid to studies on the roles of cytokines in the reproductive action of animal ovary.Cytokines may affect the morphology and function of ovarian follicle and corpus luteum through autocrine or paracrine.
