摘要
文章提出了一种适合我国的低成本全球卫星通信系统构想,给出了卫星星座、地面站配置等系统组成及通信方法。采用3颗中轨道卫星和3个地面站,并结合固定星间链路、信令天线与业务天线通信技术,有效解决了传统全球卫星系统面临的设计技术难点。通过仿真分析,该系统可在一定程度上满足境外用户与国内实时通信需求,且相对传统全球卫星通信系统,投资少、技术复杂度低,是目前解决我国全球实时通信手段缺乏问题的一种可行途径。
A novel low-cost global communication satellite system suitable for China is proposed, and system communi- cation and composition, such as satellite constellation and ground station are described. This system composes of three MEO satellites and three ground stations, combined with fixed inter-satellite link, signaling antenna and traffic antenna technolo- gies. The design difficulties in traditional global communication satellite system are solved. Simulation indicates that this system could satisfy communication requirement of consumers overseas and domestic. Also this system is lower cost and complexity compared to traditional global satellite system, presenting a feasible way for constructing China's global communi- cation satellite system.
