根据国内外有关果树果实软化衰老的研究现状 ,从细胞壁结构的变化 ,内容物含量的改变以及乙烯生物合成作用等
According to the studies of pomifruit softening and senescence at home and abroad,the physiological and biochemical mechanism of fruit softening and senescence were analysed,especially in the following three aspects:structral variation of cell wall, changes of pulp contents and biological synthesis of ethene.
