摘要
:于 1997年 4月至 1998年 9月对山东高青赵店乡渔场 34口盐碱池塘浮游植物季节演替及其与生态因子的关系进行了研究 ,共采集 387个浮游植物定量水样。结果表明 ,浮游植物的季节变动并不遵循同一模式 ,种类组成上硅藻生物量的优势地位在各类型池塘中均很突出 ,裸藻和蓝藻主要在夏季高温季节大发生 ,金藻在春季和秋冬季数量较大 ;生物量上季节变动的特点是一般都有盛夏和初秋的生物量主高峰和鱼类放养早期的春季生物量次高峰 ,浮游植物多为小于 10 μm的种类 ,且小三毛金藻致鱼死亡现象时有发生。
The seasonal succession and diversity of phytoplankton in saline-alkaline ponds(salinity 1.8~20 g/L, alkalinity 2.4~7.1 mmol/L, and pH 8~9) in Zhaodian Fish Farm, Gaoqing County, Shandong Province, were studied during from 5 Apr. 1997 to 1 Sep. 1998. About 387 samples were collected. The results show that phytoplankton seasonal dynamics follows different patterns; diatom occurs all the year and predominated in all ponds; euglinophytes and blue-green algae occurs mainly in summer with high temperature, and the abundance of Chrysophyta increases in spring and in the end of autumn or in winter. The biomass dynamics features in experimental ponds are that the biomass reaches a peak in summer and early fall and a sub-peak in spring. When the biomass of phytoplankton is on the peak,the diversity index of phytoplankton is low. Most of the phytoplanton are less than 10 μm, and fishes death occurs now and then caused by Premnesium parvum. The density and biomass of phytoplankton vary distinctly in diurnal and vertical dynamics mainly because of flagellate, such as C. ovalis.
