穿刺活检联合流式细胞仪检测对恶性淋巴瘤诊断和分型临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨穿刺活检联合流式细胞仪检测对恶性淋巴瘤诊断和分型的情况。方法回顾性分析2009年3月~2012年3月在我市两所医院就诊的恶性淋巴瘤患者62例,均进行流式细胞仪检测和穿刺活检。结果应用流式细胞仪检测结果为:骨髓受累者55例,其中非霍奇金淋巴瘤45例,霍奇金淋巴瘤10例;应用穿刺活检检测结果为:骨髓受累者28例,其中6例在流式细胞仪检测中未检测出;具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论应用流式细胞仪检测比应用穿刺活检法有更高的准确度,但也有假阴性的现象,所以应该将穿刺活检联合流式细胞仪进行检测,这样能提高准确度。 Objective To research alignant lymphoma with the combination of needle biopsy and flow cytometry. Methods Retrospective analysis of 62 cases of malignant lymphoma patients attending two hospitals, from March 2009 to March 2012. Results The results of flow cytometry was that, 55 cases of bone marrow involvement, 45 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, 10 cases of Hodgkin's lymphoma. The results of needle biopay was that, 28 cases of bone marrow involvement. And 6 cases were not detected by flow cytometry. The 2 sets of results were statistically different. Conclusion Through our research, flow cytometry has higher accuracy than needle biopsy. So the combination of flow cytometry and needle biopsy has higher accuracy.
