摘要
目的探讨快速压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果的监测和分析,评价灭菌效果。方法对200锅次显微器械进行化学和生物学监测,并按操作方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组100锅次。对照组将显微器械裸露并直接放置在托盘上进行灭菌消毒;3M化学指示卡没有固定摆放位置;灭菌后由操作者单人观察指示卡结果;灭菌结果出现监测不合格。观察组在分析了对照组灭菌监测不合格原因后,采取将显微器械放置在专用盒并再放置在托盘上进行灭菌;3M化学指示卡摆放在盒子的固定位置;灭菌后由2人检查核对指示卡等相应的护理干预措施。现将两组的化学和生物学监测结果进行比较。结果对照组在100锅次灭菌器械中发现3M化学指示卡变色不均匀5次及不变色2次,生物培养指示剂监测不合格2次;观察组100锅次灭菌器械中均无发现3M化学指示卡变色不均匀及不变色和生物培养指示剂监测不合格的情况(P<0.01)。结论快速压力蒸汽灭菌器使用时必须按照技术规范进行操作,加强灭菌过程中的查对制度,定期对灭菌器械进行保养维护,做好化学监测和生物学监测工作,确保灭菌物品的质量,从而确保手术安全。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the sterilizing effect of rapid pressuresteam sterilizer. Methods 200 pans microinstruments were divided into control and experiment group,lO0 for each.For control group,the microinstruments were exposed on the pan,the position of 3 M chemical indicator card was not fixed,the result of indicator card was observed by the Operator himself after sterilization.For experiment group,the microinstruments were ＂ put into a dedicated box,and then put on the pan,the indicator card was fixed in the box,two persons check the indicator card after sterilization.Compare with the chemical and biological monitoring results of the two groups. Results In the control group,the indicator card changed asymmetrically for 5 times,and did not change for twice,and biological culture did not passed for twice. In the experiment group,no abnormal condition as above was found. Conclusion The rapid pressuresteam sterilizer must be operated according to the technical manual.The operators must reinforce the check- over regime,accomplish the chemical and biological monitoring,then assure the quality of sterilization articles and the safety of operation.
