摘要
目的用TOPSIS评价我院两个病区的九个单病种指标质量优劣,然后用变异系数加TOPSIS法评价。方法选取治愈好转率、出院者平均住院日、平均住院费用指标,先用TOPSIS法进行评价再用变异系数赋权再进行评价。结果九个病种最优的是新生儿高胆红素血症,最劣的是早产儿,两种方法所得结果基本相同。结论变异系数加TOPSIS法能够克服单个评价方法的缺点,使评价结果深刻、全面、合理、科学。
Objective Using TOPSIS method to evaluate nine indicators of single diseases quality in two wards of our hospital,then by TOPSIS method combined with the variation coefficient. Methods The cure recovery rate,average discharge and average hospitalization expenses were selected,TOPSIS method was first used to evaluate,then the variation coefficient. Results The best of nine entities was hyperbilirubinemia of newborn,the worst was premature,the results of two methods were basically same. Conclusion TOPSIS method combined with the variation coefficient can overcome the shortcomings of single evaluation method,make deep,comprehensive,reasonable and scientific evaluation results.
