摘要
提高临床教学质量,实施PDCA管理模式,将临床教学工作分为四个阶段,即教学计划阶段,临床带教阶段,教学检查评估阶段及教学总结处理阶段。可规范教学管理行为,使教与学有章可循、质与量持续监控,从而提高教学质量。同时,通过循环的规则不断发现新问题,制订新计划,沿着PDCA管理循环将临床教学工作推向前进。
For improving the quality of clinical teaching, we applied PDCA management model to clinical teaching and divided it into four phases, namely teaching plan stage, stage of clinical teaching, teaching check assessment and teaching summary stages. It standardized teaching management, made the teaching and learning have rules to follow, constantly monitored quality and quantity, so as to improve the quality of teaching. At the same time, the new problems were discovered and the new plans were made, and the clinical teaching was advanced under the PDCA mode.
