摘要
当企业面对激励变化以及严峻挑战的经营环境时,为了求得长期生产和发展而进行的总体性谋划就是企业的战略管理。本文首先分析企业战略管理与项目管理的关系,并将项目管理过程与企业战略管理过程进行整合,分析将项目管理应用于组织的战略设计和实施过程,从整个战略管理体系中思考项目管理的内涵和外延,从完善企业战略管理角度分析项目管理的必要性,从战略层面看项目管理作用,并且从项目组合管理与企业文化的融合的角度分析战略管理的应用方法。
When the enterprise faces the business environment of incentive changes and challenges, the overall plan for long-term production and development is the enterprise strategic management. This paper first analyzes the relationship of enterprise strategic management and project management, and integrates the project management process and enterprise strategic management process, analyzes the strategic design and implementation of project management in the organization process, thinks the connotation and extension of project management from the strategic management system. It analyzes the necessity of project management from the perspective of enterprise strategic level, analyzes the application method of strategic management from the angle of fusion of project portfolio management and enterprise culture.
