摘要 直驱式螺杆泵地面驱动系统与传统变频调速螺杆泵地面驱动系统相比系统效率较高,应用直驱式螺杆泵地面驱动系统可大大提高螺杆泵采油系统地面效率,降低百米吨液耗电量,达到节能降耗的目的。为了了解直驱式螺杆泵地面驱动系统的节能效果,进行了不同工况条件下的室内模拟试验和现场试验。试验表明,直驱式螺杆泵地面驱动系统效率较高,在装机功率相同的情况下,低转速、低工作扭矩的螺杆泵井应用直驱式螺杆泵地面驱动系统节能降耗效果更加显著。 The system efficiency of the screw pump surface direct-driving system is higher than the traditional variable frequency governor screw pump surface driving system.The surface efficiency of the screw pump production system can be greatly improved,the electric consumption per ton and per 100 m can be reduced and energy-saving & consumption-reducing can be realized by using the screw pump surface direct-driving system.In order to understand the energy-saving effect of screw pump surface direct-driving system,lab simulation test and field test under the condition of different operational mode have been done.The test results show that the system efficiency of screw pump surface direct-driving system is higher.Under the same installed power conditions,the energy-saving effect of using the screw pump surface direct-driving system is more striking in the screw pump production wells with low speed and small operation torque.
