干扰素α(IFN-α)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)联合应用预防肾癌根治术后复发和转移的远期效果评价 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究干扰素α和白细胞介素2联合应用对预防肾癌根治术后复发和转移的远期效果评价。方法针对在我院2006年3月份到2012年2月份接受治疗的200例肾癌根治术患者,根据术后具体治疗方法的不同进行分组,分别分为Ⅰ组(123例)和Ⅱ组(77例)。然后对两组采用不同的方法进行治疗,Ⅰ组采用干扰素α和白细胞素2联合的方法,Ⅱ组则只实行根治术。结果Ⅰ组患者CD4+高于Ⅱ组患者,CD4+/CD8+高于Ⅱ组,CD8+低于Ⅱ组。Ⅰ组患者三期2年生存率与二、三期4年生存率均高于Ⅱ组。结论干扰素α和白细胞2联合应用能恢复肾癌根治术后患者的免疫功能,增强机体抵抗肿瘤的免疫功能,有效减少复发率,提高了患者的生存率。
