摘要
学术权力是大学权力结构中最为重要、最为核心的权力。学术权力的分配及行使不仅关系着学校的未来发展,也影响着学校培养人才、科学研究和服务社会的质量。然而,目前我国新建地级市本科院校却存在着学术权力弱化现象,以毕节学院为例,新建地级市本科院校应从学术权力的制度建设、结构调整、运行机制改革等方面入手,提升学术权力进而促进学校的发展。
Academic power is the most important and the key power on the structure of academic power in colleges. The assignation and performance of academic power not only be related to the future development of colleges, but also have an influence on the quality of training personal,researching scientific and serving social in colleges.While there exists the phenomenon that academic power of newly-built and located colleges is weaken. Thus,the author take Bijie University for example, suggests that newly-built and located colleges should perfect the system and constitution of academic committee, adjust the management structure, and reform its operating mechanism. Though all above strategies, newly-buih and located colleges can improve academic power and promote the development of colleges.
