摘要
大众教育、素质教育均对高校实验室队伍建设提出了更高要求。高校实验室队伍建设的现状是:观念滞后、管理混乱、评聘机制不明晰、忽视人才培养。必须采取以下一系列措施来改变这种状况:转变教育观念、准确定位;建立高效的组织管理体系;制定与实验室工作相适应的聘用制度与团队考核体系;重视技术人才的培养与储备。只有加强实验室队伍建设,与时俱进,才能使之成为高等教育跨越式发展的重要推动力量。
Public education and quality education bring up higher requirement to the construction of the university laboratory staffs.However,there are many problems on the construction of the university laboratory staffs,such as idea lag,confusion of the management,evaluation mechanism is not clear,ignoring talents training.We must take some measures to change the situation.These measures include： changing education concept,accurate positioning;establishing effective organization and management system;developing engage and team evaluation system which is adapted to laboratory work;paying attention to the training.Strengthening the construction of laboratory staffs will become the important driving force to the great-leap-forward development of higher education.
