摘要
在 2 8例家鸽顶盖脑片上 ,以微电极记录电刺激顶盖 I层引起的 IIa- f亚层诱发电位 ,并观察乙酰胆碱受体拮抗剂阿托品和筒箭毒对诱发电位的影响 .结果显示 ,该诱发电位包含两个波形成分 ,频率跟随实验提示属于突触后反应 .以含 2 0μmol/L阿托品的人工脑脊液( ACSF)灌流脑片 1 0 min后 ,诱发电位出现衰减 ,50 min后波形成分完全消失 .换含 2 0 μmol/L筒箭毒的 ACSF灌流则对诱发电位没有影响 .以上结果提示 ,阿托品能阻断家鸽顶盖 IIa- f亚层内之突触传递 ,分布在 IIa- f亚层的视神经纤维末梢可能释放乙酰胆碱递质 。
Evoked responses of sublayer IIa f to electrical stimulation of layer I were recorded in 28 pigeon optic tectum slices using micropipettes, and effect of acetylcholine receptor antagonists atropine and tubocurarine on the evoked potential were analysed. The evoked potential consists of 2 components which are postsynaptic responses according to the result of the frequency following responses. After perfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid (ACSF) of 20 μmol/L atropine, the evoked potential disappeared. Instead of perfusion with ACSF of 20 μmol/L tubocurarine, the evoked potential had no change.It is suggested that atropine can block the synaptic transmission of sublayer IIa f in pigeon optic tectum, and the optic nerve fibre endings maybe release acetylcholine as a neurotrasmitter mediated by muscarinic receptor.
