摘要
取样115例足月儿 (230耳 ) ,在围产临床条件下提出足月新生儿TEOAEs参量分析 :1 .足月儿 (230耳 )TEOAEs反应强度平均值为19.999±5.133dBSPL pe ,左右耳差异非常显著 (P=0.010) ;2 .足月儿 (230耳 )TEOAEs噪声平均值11.10±2.78dBSPL pe ;3 .足月儿TEOAEs频域内 (0.8~4.0kHz)反应再生率 ( % ) ,除2.4与4.0kHz频段无显著性差异外 (P>0.05) ,其余频段均见非常显著性差异 (P=0.000) ;4 .足月儿TEOAEs频域内 (0.8~4.0kHz)信噪比 ,除2.4与4.0kHz频段无显著性差异 (P>0.05)外 ,其余频段均见非常显著性差异 (P=0.000) ;5 .足月儿TEOAEs强度与TEOAEs信号、噪声、再生率、频段内信噪比及噪声排斥水平均呈不同程度的相关。
An analysis of TEOAEs parameters of 115 full-term newborns(230 ears) under perinatal clinical condition is presented. 1.The mean of TEOAEs response intensity is 19.999±5.133 dB SPL pe;there is a significent difference between right and left ears(P=0.0095). 2.TEOAEs noise mean in full-term newborns(230 ears)is 11.100±2.780 dB SPL pe. 3.For TEOAEs response reproducibility(%)in frequency domain(0.8~4.0 kHz),there are very marked differences in some half octave frequency bands(0.8,1.6 and 3.2 kHz)(P=0.0000)except in 2.4 and 4.0 kHz(P>0.05). 4.FOR SNR in frequency domain(0.8~4.0 kHz) of TEOAEs, there are also extremely marked differences in some half octave frequency bands(0.8,1.6 and 3.2 kHz)(P=0.0000)except in 2.4 and 4.0 kHz(P>0.05). 5.There shows different degrees of correlation between TEOAEs intensity and TEOAEs signal,noise,reproducibility,SNR in frequency domain and noise rejection level.
