摘要
用硫酸锰代替硫酸银作催化剂,用快速密闭消解-分光光度法测定水中的化学需氧量.实验结果表明,该方法的准确度和精密度同标准方法基本相同且操作简便快速、分析费用低,适用于批量水样的测定.
Using manganese sulfate as catalyst to replace silver sulfate, a quick sealing digestion-spectrophotometry method was developed for determination of chemical oxygen demand(COD). The experimental results showed that the accuracy and precision of this method was basically the same as the standard method, and this method was simple, rapid, low-cost, and suitable for determination of bulk samples.
