新型全桥逆变电源电路设计

A novel design for full bridge inverter power supply circuit

摘要 设计了新型全桥逆变电源电路,采取数字正弦脉宽调制(SPWPM)算法驱动开关器件,由ARM处理器对该系统进行控制,提出了一种新的自适应快速工程算法,分析处理输出波形并用优化算法达到最低的总谐波失真.电路具有输出电压自动调节、输入欠压保护和过流保护等功能.采用该算法的逆变器克服了传统SPWM逆变器的缺点,具有电气隔离功能,结构简单,完成了样机的设计,并提供了实验结果. A new type of full-bridge inverter power circuit is designed to take the digital sinusoidal pulse width modulation ( SPW- PM) algorithm-driven switching devices which are controlled by arm processor of the system, and a new adaptive fast engineering algo- rithms is proposed. The output waveform is analyzed and processed and the optimization algorithm is used to achieve the lowest total harmonic distortion. The circuits can automatically adjust output voltage, and have input under voltage protection, over current protec- tion functions. Inverters using the algorithm can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional SPWM inverter, electrical isolation and simple structure. In order to verify the proposed topology, the prototype design is completed, and the experimental results are provided.
