摘要 将产自新疆的二级和三级有机棉与普通棉纤维进行了纤维性能指标的测试,就有机棉纤维与普通棉纤维的性能特点进行对比分析,指出了有机棉纤维的成纱强力和可纺性要比普通棉纤维低.针对有机棉纤维成纱强力低的特点,选择了用纱强力要求不如机织面料且市场多用的针织面料作为研究对象,分别对有机棉和普通棉纤维所制成的针织物进行了性能测试,通过对比分析进一步了解有机棉和普通棉纤维产品的性能差异,结果表明有机棉针织物比普通棉针织物的机械性能稍差,但二者的服用舒适性能相差不大. The performance indexes of organic cotton fiber and ordinary cotton fiber of grade 2 and grade 3 grown in Xinjiang were tested, and the performance differences between organic cotton fiber and ordinary cotton fiber were analyzed comparatively, and the results indicate that the strength and spinnability of organic cotton was lower than ordinary cotton. Because of the low strength characteris- tics of organic cotton yarn and the lower yarn strength for knitting than weaving, the knitted fabric which is more often used in the market, was chosen as the research object, and the performances of organic cotton and ordinary cotton knitted fabrics were tested and analyzed to find out the performance differences of organic cotton and ordinary cotton fabric, the results show that the mechanical properties of the organic cotton knits are somewhat less than the ordinary cotton knits, but there is no difference in comfortable wearability between the two.
