同轴静电纺丝法制备聚苯乙烯(PS)中空微球

摘要 采用同轴静电纺丝技术,以聚苯乙烯溶液为壳层、聚乙烯醇等可溶性高分子溶液为芯层进行同轴静电纺丝,制备了可溶性高分子/聚苯乙烯芯-壳结构微球,经水洗除去芯层物质得到聚苯乙烯中空微球.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所得产物的微观形貌进行分析,发现微球表面呈多孔状,其形貌与制备条件密切相关. The core-shell microspheres were prepared by the coaxial electrospinning technique with polystyrene as the shell, and the soluble polymer such as polyvinyl alcohol as the core. After washed with water, polystyrene hollow microspheres were obtained. The morphology was analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the results indicate that the microspheres have porous surtac.e, in addition the preparation conditions have strong influence on morphology of the product.
