摘要
蛋白尿是肾脏疾病常见临床表现之一,其病机为脾、肾、肺、肝功能失调,痰、湿、热、瘀等病理产物的生成,脾失健运,肺失通调,肝失疏泄,肾失封藏,精不固摄,下遗溲中。
Proteinuria is one of the common clinical manifestations of renal diseases.Its pathogenesis is the dysfunction of the spleen, the kidney, the lung and the liver, and the production of pathological products, such as phlegm, damp, head and stasis.The dysfunction of spleen in transportation, dysfunction of lung in regulating fluid passage, dysfunction of liver in governing smoothening flow of qi, dysfunction of kidney in storing essence, all these are pathogenesis ; and the essence can＇t be stored which goes down to the urine.
