摘要
将Cohn氏 6法低温乙醇分离人血浆中的组分IV(FIV)沉淀 ,溶解于注射用水中 ,加入 95 %乙醇后使乙醇浓度为 9% ,经加温、过滤及超滤制得白蛋白。每公斤FIV沉淀可制得白蛋白 5 7 8g。
FIV precipitation from human plasma by Cohn method 6 is dissolved in distilled water and adjusted to ethanol concentration of 9% with 95% ethanol.After being heated,the solution is then filtrated and ultrafiltrated to be albumin.57.8% albumin can be harvested from every 1kg FIV precipitation.
