摘要 以调控一体化和动态过程仿真培训为目标,结合华北调控仿真培训系统建设实践,对华北调控仿真培训系统的设计思想和实现方法进行了介绍。主要围绕"过程式仿真"和"调控一体"这两个显著特点,从实际电网仿真平台、二次信号仿真、负荷教案、全过程发电控制仿真等方面对整个系统的设计方法和思路进行了阐述。文中同时介绍了该系统与其他仿真系统的数据交换机制,以及系统建成后的培训工作过程。 Oriented at the goals of integrated dispatching and control and referring to the developing experience of the dispatchers and operators simulator of North China power grid, a design idea and implementing methods are described. The system has two prominent characteristics, one is the procedure-style and the other is integration of operation. Some new features are elaborated round the two characteristics, including simulation platform, secondary signals simulation, load case, generation control simulation. Meanwhile, the mechanism of data exchange with other simulators and typical training procedure are also dealt with.
